The Handbook for Developing Women’s Commissions
The Handbook for Developing Women’s Commissions was developed to
serve as a resource for those wishing to create a Commission for Women. It is
also dedicated to increasing the professionalism and effectiveness of already
established Commissions for Women. Narrative has been kept to a minimum for
