Accessible fishing Locations

Quinsigamond State Park consists of two sites. The Regatta Point area offers facilities for swimming, sailing, picnicking and fishing. The Lake Park area provides a number of recreational opportunities including a picnic area, swimming beach and tennis courts.

Scusset Beach is located at the southwest corner of the Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy 1.5 miles of beachfront, or take a walk along the jetty to watch ships pass through the Cape Canal. The Reservation also offers 98 R.V. sites with hook-ups, and 5 tent-only campsites.

Wachusett Reservoir, along with the Quabbin Reservoir and Ware River, are the unfiltered source of high quality water for the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority water supply system. The 65 billion gallon reservoir covers 108 square miles with 37 miles of shoreline. Recreational activities are regulated and limited to protect 3 million people’s drinking water.
