  • Effective immediately all Collective Bargaining Agreements (“CBA”) must be submitted through the portal. 

  • Beginning May 1, 2022, asbestos and lead application fees must be paid online using DLS Online payment at http://www.mass.gov/dls-online-payment. DLS will no longer accept money orders, bank checks, or company checks for application fees. 

  • Please be advised that as of January 1, 2022, DLS will be processing all Minimum Wage Waivers only electronically.
