Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance for Executive Branch Agencies

MOD helps Commonwealth Executive Branch agencies comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related disability rights laws.

MOD provides training and technical assistance to Executive Branch ADA Coordinators and personnel to help them comply with the ADA and other disability rights laws. MOD also helps administer Reasonable Accommodation Capital Reserve Account (RACRA) funds to agencies who need financial assistance to meet employee reasonable accommodation requests.
