Reporting fraud helps protect unemployment benefits for those who really need them. If you suspect someone may be committing fraud, report it to the Unemployment Insurance Program Integrity Department.

Request attorney fee approval from the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) 

Before an attorney can bill a claimant for legal services in an appeal, DUA must approve the amount of the attorney’s legal fees. This legal requirement applies only to attorneys that are representing claimants, not employers.
