CommonHelp Service Desk

CommonHelp is a service help desk for employees of the Commonwealth.

CommonHelp provides networking and application services support to more than 150 state agencies. If you are an employee of the Commonwealth and need assistance with your network and application services, phone, or to report an infrastructure issue, system outage or slowness, for immediate help contact the CommonHelp Service Desk by phone (866) 888-2808. You can also email the service desk at: CommonHelpServiceDesk@mass.gov. The CommonHelp Service Desk is staffed 24 hours a day 365 days per year. We will soon be providing Desktop support.
