MassHealth also sent an all-provider bulletin at the time to give providers information about the wellness program and brochure. Ordering the Wellness MassHealth provides various ways to order the wellness brochure: Brochure All providers can order copies of the wellness brochure through the MassHealth Customer Service Center, at 1-800-841-2900. You may also order online by going to the MassHealth Web site at www.mass.gov/masshealth. In the right column, look under Online Services, then click on Order Provider Publications and follow the directions there. Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan providers can order the wellness brochure and other health-education materials through the PCC Plan Health Education Materials Catalog online at www.masspartnership.com/pcc and clicking on the Support Materials link or by calling the PCC Plan Hotline at 1-800-495-0086, ext. 3. We encourage providers to partner with members in order to improve the health and well-being of MassHealth members. The Wellness brochure is a tool for providers and members when reviewing risk factors associated with tobacco use, diabetes, cancer, and stroke, to discuss protective factors such as screening for diabetes and cancer, medication compliance, sexual health, healthy food choices, and physical activity.
