	RE:	Reporting Requirements


Background	This bulletin changes one of the reporting requirements for day 
habilitation providers.
	

Reporting Requirements	Day Habilitation Bulletin 5, published in July 2002, included a 
requirement that providers submit a Quarterly Day Habilitation Report to the 
MassHealth Office of Long Term Care.  MassHealth has enhanced its 
technology systems to develop reporting capabilities that encompass the 
information provided through the Quarterly Reports.  Therefore, effective 
immediately, day habilitation providers are no longer required to submit 
the Quarterly Day Habilitation Report.  However, all other reporting 
requirements for day habilitation providers remain in place.
