RE: SUSPENSION OF HOME HEALTH AGENCY BULLETIN 36 

Suspension

The Division of Medical Assistance is suspending Home Health Agency 
Bulletin 36, concerning behavioral health services, until further notice. 
The Division intends to issue a new bulletin in the future about this topic. 
In the meantime, you may provide and claim payment for services as you 
did before the issuance of Home Health Agency Bulletin 36. As always, 
you must, in all cases, provide only medically necessary home health 
services.
