Economic Assistance Coordinating Council (EACC)

The council is comprised of 15 voting members that include public officials and appointees by the governor.

The Economic Assistance Coordinating Council (EACC) oversees the Economic Development Incentive Program (EDIP) and Massachusetts Vacant Storefronts Program (MVSP). Primary responsibilities of the EACC include establishing regulations, policies and procedures to administer the EDIP, certifying and contracting EDIP Projects, administering EDIP annual reports, and decertifying projects that are not compliant.
