Overview of Adaptive kayaking at Cochituate State Park

Five kayakers are paddling close together. Each paddler is in a single kayak. They are smiling at the camera. Behind them, sailboats are moored on the water.
Fees: $8 per person per session.

This program is for people with disabilities, along with their families, caregivers, and friends.

Join All Out Adventures for weekly adaptive kayaking on Lake Cochituate from July 8–August 26. Adaptations and staff support are available. Single and tandem kayaks are available, with a variety of adaptations. Pontoons for stability, paddle pivots, hand grip supports on paddles, padded seats with head and side support are some of our most popular adaptations. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable certified kayak instructors who are trained in adaptive kayaking. Paddlers go out together as a group, and move at the pace of the slowest paddler. Each kayaking session lasts for an hour.
