Public Hearing Notice  Board of Fire Prevention Regulations Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to M.G.L. c.30A, s. 2; c.22D, s. 4 and c.148, s. 10, notice is given of a public hearing to be held by the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations (BFPR) on Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at
10:00 a.m. for the purpose of hearing public comments on proposed amendments to the
Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Safety Code, 527 CMR 1.00.

Per Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open
Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, s.20 signed and dated March 12, 2020, this public hearing will be
conducted, and open to the public, via teleconference at (866) 916-2030, Pass Code 7460297# beginning at 10:00 a.m.
