Public Hearing Notice  Board of Fire Prevention Regulations Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to M.G.L. c.30A, s. 2; c.22D, s. 4 and c.148, s. 10, notice is given of a public hearing to be held by the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations (BFPR) on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing any comments, petitions or suggestion changes to the Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Prevention Code, 527 CMR 1.00. Such comments, petitions or suggestions for consideration of the Board may be submitted orally at the time and place of said hearing, or in writing by emailing comments to paul.vigneau@mass.gov.

Per Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, s.20 signed and dated March 12, 2020, this public hearing will be conducted, and open to the public, via teleconference at (866) 916-2030, Pass Code 7460297# beginning at 1:00 p.m.
