Deputy State Fire Marshal Maribel Fournier and Massachusetts Firefighting Academy Director David C. Evans will present certificates of completion to members of Career Recruit Firefighter Training Class #S09 in a graduation on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. The ceremony will take place at the Department of Fire Services, 100 Grochmal Avenue, Springfield, MA. The guest speaker will be Chicopee Firefighters Zachary Gates and Matthew Turgeon who rescued a man who had fallen through the ice while off-duty.
Graduates from 7 Fire Departments
The graduates represent the seven fire departments of Agawam, East Longmeadow, Easthampton, Holden, Oxford, Springfield, and Westfield.

Graduation ceremony for Career Recruit Firefighting Class #S09 will be held in the fire station at our Springfield campus. Handicapped parking and a wheelchair will be available at the main entrance for those who need help walking long distances.
