The CORI Friendly Job Fair is a closed job fair held for CORI friendly employers, or employers who hire applicants who have a criminal record, in the Worcester area, and for job seekers who have a CORI and for those who do not. This job fair is open to everyone. The Job Fair will also include supportive services agencies from the Worcester area who help folks with a CORI or criminal record.

Participating job seekers can register on the day of the event at the door, or by visiting this link and either creating a JobQuest account, or for returning users, signing-in and scheduling themselves for the event: https://jobquest.dcs.eol.mass.gov/jobquest/Default.aspx.

Job Seekers may also contact the MassHire Worcester Career Center at 508-799-1600 for support in registering for the event, or directly contact your MassHire Career Center counselor.

The job fair is in-person, and all appropriate COVID-19 Safety Precautions will be implemented. More information will be shared closer to the date of the event as current Safety Precautions may change.

Please come prepared to meet employers. Job seekers should be dressed to interview, have their updated resumes in hard copy, and must pre-register on JobQuest in order to join.

If job seekers need support in being referred to supportive services agencies, including supports for getting interview appropriate clothing, please contact Cheryl Kelly at KellyCA@MassHireCentralCC.com.
