You will need for DCR UAP Annual Adaptive Recreation Fair

Please follow our program attendance guidelines while at the fair. Please bring a face mask with you and be willing to put it on if someone asks you to do so. If you don't have a face mask, you can get one at the registration table.
The fair takes place outdoors along paved and stone dust paths on the lawn at Herter Park. Some activities take place on grass. Please bring sun protection and water, and be prepared for unpredictable New England weather by dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket in case of wind or rain. We recommend wearing close-toed shoes.
Free parking is provided, with parking attendants available to help direct you to an open spot or to the drop-off area at the head of the fair. Parking is shared with the public and is first-come, first served. If the parking lot is full, a second parking lot is located a half a mile away.
You can enjoy free pre-packaged, nut-free snacks and water. An ice cream truck will have ice cream for purchase in the afternoon. For any other food needs, please bring your own.
You'll find accessible portable toilets at the event, and a bathroom with accessible flush toilets and running water a few hundred feet away.
If you have any questions about access at the site, please contact us. We look forward to seeing you at the fair!
