Overview of Design and Construction Contracting Class (Blended Webinar)
This blended class is tailored to public employees involved in the design and construction of public buildings and public works. The class will cover practical applications and effective strategies for procuring and administering design and construction contracts.
What is a blended class? This virtual class consists of a five-week self-paced portion with an exam and a one-day live webinar. Having both a self-paced (or asynchronous) and a live portion makes this a blended class. You must complete both the five-week self-paced portion and the one-day webinar to obtain credit.
The Design and Construction Contracting blended class incorporates knowledge checks, lesson quizzes and ends with a multiple-choice exam.
- Prerequisite: Completion of Public Contracting Overview is recommended, but not required.

- This class is one of the three classes required to earn the MCPPO Designation. Once you complete all three classes, please submit the MCPPO Designation application.
