Overview   of DTC’s Consumer Division will conduct a presentation at the Billerica Council on Aging

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will conduct a presentation to explain our role in overseeing the telecommunications and cable industries and detail existing consumer protections for these services.  Staff will also explain the recent changes to federal government’s Lifeline Program and provide tips to help residents stay connected to communications services, especially during emergency situations.
