Overview   of Flexible and Affordable Lending: CRA Considerations and Opportunities Webinar

The Division of Banks and MassHousing, Inc. will co-host a webinar on June 25th with partnering financial institutions.  The webinar will focus on how innovative and flexible lending products may be eligible for CRA credit consideration. The discussion will highlight features of the MassHousing mortgage product as a viable option for low-and-moderate income homebuyers.

A Division of Banks examiner will explain the relationship between CRA and innovative and flexible lending options drawing from exam practices and regulation.
