Overview   of Identity Theft and Fraud Prevention - Virtual

The Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR) is co-hosting a public virtual event with the Nantucket Police Department in collaboration with the Nantucket Atheneum, Saltmarsh Senior Center, and Sherburne Commons. Representatives from the aforementioned agencies will lead a discussion about online safety that will include information about phishing, general protection from scams, and identity theft. This event furthers the OCABR’s initiative to educate and inform residents on important consumer protection topics.
