Overview   of Just Ask! Salary Negotiation Workshops for Women at Mass Bay

Just Ask! workshops will provide women with the tools they need to overcome the negative impacts of wage inequality through salary negotiation training. The gender wage gap affects every family in Massachusetts and actively addressing wage inequality through salary negotiation will give women the resources they need to achieve economic security. The workshops are geared towards women entering the workforce and use AAUW' "Work Smart" curriculum.

This new initiative is launched in collaboration with the Massachusetts Community Colleges Executive Office, the Community Colleges Presidents, the AAUW, and the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women.

The May 31st event will be co-hosted with MassBay Community College and the MetroWest Commission on the Status of Women.
