Overview of Making a Choice: Design-Bid-Build or Construction Management at Risk
This training will assist jurisdictions decide which delivery method might work best for their project. Topics include an overview of each project delivery method, the major procurement requirements of each, differences in oversight requirements, and suitability of projects to each delivery method.
This training aims to help public officials and others compare traditional construction bidding methods to the construction management at risk option for delivering public building projects in Massachusetts.
