Notice of Hearings: Department of Public Utilities Transportation Oversight Division

In accordance with the provisions of Chapters 159A and 159B of the Massachusetts General Laws, as amended, you are hereby notified of the following hearings to be held on applications for new, amended, or transfer of certificates, licenses, or permits. This notice is also available on the DPU website.

Due to the developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the public hearings on applications for new, amended, or the transfer of certificates to be held in accordance with G.L. c. 159A and 159B on July 14, 2020 at One South Station, Boston, Massachusetts will now be held virtually via teleconference. Members of the public may attend the public hearing by calling 1-877-820-7831 and entering participant passcode 647933. On March 10, the Baker-Polito Administration announced new guidance for Executive Branch employees in order to prevent and mitigate the spread of the disease, including canceling or virtually holding conferences, seminars, and other discretionary gatherings hosted by Executive Branch agencies involving external parties.
