- Executive Session – the Commission anticipates that it will meet in executive session in accordance with G.L.c.30A, §21(8) to consider or interview applicants for employment as the Commission’s Executive Director as discussion at an open meeting may have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants. The public session of the Commission meeting will not reconvene at the conclusion of the executive session.
