Overview of the Social Services Block Grant Public Hearing for SFY24

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) has prepared and submitted to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, the Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) Pre-Expenditure Report and Intended Use Plan for SFY24. Due to technical difficulties with the Teams link for the previously scheduled hearing on July 25, 2023, an in-person public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 in Conference Room 7004 on the 7th floor at 600 Washington Street, Boston MA, 02111 from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M. In addition, the Department of Children and Families has extended the comment period to September 6, 2023.
