The day will include remarks from legislators and other state officials who want your participation in the legislative process! As part of the Annual event, there will be a group photo. At last year's event, MALC inaugurated its "Champion of Artists Awards". This is an annual award given at every Artists Under the Dome event. There will also be an afternoon panel discussing the findings from the state wide survey: "By Artists, For Artists", which closes on November 1st. Please take the survey if you have not done so already!! The entire event is free and open to the public. Artists are strongly encouraged to RSVP for the event.
The 2017 event is brought to you by the Office of Massachusetts State Treasurer, the Joint Committee on Tourism, Arts and Cultural Development, the Massachusetts Artists Leaders Coalition, the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development, and the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
