Overview   of Whistleblowing: Knowing Your Rights and Setting Your Expectations

This 90-minute webinar will provide attendees with an overview of the MA whistleblower provisions in the False Claims Act and Chapter 12A – the enabling statute for the Office of the Inspector General.

Practitioners will discuss whistleblower rights, the qui tam process, and how the government evaluates whistleblower allegations.  This presentation will assist those thinking about being a whistleblower, supporting a whistleblower, or who may be subject to a whistleblower complaint.

Presenters will include attorneys from the MA Office of the Attorney General, the MA Office of the Inspector General and the Whistleblower Law Collaborative, LLC.
