Overview of Women's Economic Empowerment Series (Malden)
Please join us for this FREE one day program and participate in high-quality financial education workshops and unique salary negotiation training.The Women’s Economic Empowerment Series is a financial empowerment workshop to help women gain the tools to secure their economic future and reach their full financial potential. This is a project of Massachusetts State Treasurer’s Office. The WEES program is made possible by a grant from Citizens Bank.
This program is for women of all ages, ethnicities, economic backgrounds, and levels of fiscal knowledge. Participants who attend these workshops will learn:
- Planning for Retirement
- Understanding How to Manage your Debt
- Budgeting Basics
- Salary Negotiation
- Understanding Credit
This program is aimed at targeting issues around women’s economic disparities, including the gender wage gap. Visit www.EqualPayMA.com to learn more about wage equality. Lunch will be served.
