Please be advised that the Division has changed its annual reporting process for the Debt Collector Annual Report form commencing with the reporting period for calendar year ending December 31, 2022.
The new process will require filers to adhere to the online form below. The annual report for the calendar year ending on December 31, 2022, is required to be submitted to the Commissioner of Banks on or before March 31, 2023.
If your organization has multiple NMLS Numbers for each branch, please list only the main branch NMLS # for purposes of completing this report.
Annual Report Forms which are initiated but not completed will NOT be accepted. Annual Reports that are not completed online will NOT be accepted.
