MCPPO Registration and Online Payment

You may register and pay online for Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) classes. Fees apply. You also may register for all of our classes by mail.

You will need

  • To choose a class date that best fits your training needs. Please visit MCPPO schedule and classes for more class information. 
  • To accept MCPPO policies, including the terms of use and MCPPO attendance policy. (Click the "yes" radio button below to accept the policies.)
  • To meet certain technical requirements for online classes.
  • To complete the form below and click the "Submit Form" button. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a submission email prompting you to our online payment portal. 
  • If you are a state employee, then please use the IE/ITA MCPPO Registration Form.

Some classes have limited space. Each class is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that you are not considered registered and are not guaranteed space in a class until payment is received and your eligibility is confirmed. The OIG will notify you by email if we cannot enroll you. The Office of the Inspector General reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class and is not responsible for any costs incurred by registrants. Terms and conditions may change without notice.

Once you submit the form you will receive an email with a link to our payment processor for you to complete your online payment. We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express - a 2.79% transaction fee applies) and electronic checks ($0.35 fee).

If you are unable to pay online, then please use our MCPPO Winter 2023 - Spring 2023 Registration Form to sign up for classes and mail in your payment.  Please note that we cannot complete your registration until we receive payment.
