Please be advised that the Division has changed its Annual reporting process for the Third Party Loan Servicer Annual Report form commencing with the reporting period for calendar year ending December 31, 2022.
The new process will require filers to adhere to the online form below. The annual report for the calendar year ending on December 31, 2022, is required to be submitted to the Commissioner of Banks on or before March 31, 2023.
Annual Report Forms which are initiated but not completed will NOT be accepted. Annual Reports that are not completed online will NOT be accepted.
