What you need

To participate as a victim or on behalf of a child victim, you'll need

  • A conviction or adjudication of a sex offense committed against the victim or child victim
  • To be registered with our Victim Services Unit, as described below

How to register

While many victims enter into our services program through the legal process, all victims are able to apply for our services through the form below.
