2024 UCR Renewal

2024 UCR renewal will begin on October 1, 2023. There is no paper form available for the 2024 renewal year.  All carriers must renew online at ucr.gov.  Enforcement of 2024 UCR will begin on January 1, 2024.

2023 UCR Renewal

2023 UCR renewal is now in process. There is no paper form available for the 2023 renewal year.  All carriers must renew online at ucr.gov.  Enforcement of 2023 UCR is underway.

How to file   File unified carrier registration

You can file UCR online at the Unified Carrier Registration Portal.

There is no paper form for 2023 or 2024.  You must register online.

The UCR Plan and Agreement are part of a federally-mandated, state-administered program that went into effect September 10, 2007. Under this program, states collect fees from motor carriers, motor private carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, and leasing companies based on the number of qualifying commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in their fleets.
