The Office of Patient Protection (OPP) can help with the following issues related to health insurance:

  • Health insurance appeals
  • Enrollment in health insurance
  • Other health care access issues

Submit an inquiry if you have a question or issue related to your health care and need help to resolve it. You may also submit an inquiry if you have questions about our services and would like to better understand what we do. Please note that inquiries are monitored Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM.
