What you need for Renew your Medical Use of Marijuana Program personal caregiver registration
Important
To remain a personal caregiver for a qualifying patient, you and your patient must have an active registration with the Program, and your patient must have an active certification from their health care provider.
You must carry your Program ID Card at all times while you are in possession of marijuana for medical use.
Your Program ID card expires each year on the same day as your Program registration. When you renew your registration, you will be sent a new Program ID card.
Your patient will need to renew your registration through their Medical Use of Marijuana Program Online System account.
