The Details

What you need

If you would like Governor Baker to write a letter in support of a grant application, you should send an explanation of your proposal and sample language for the letter you are requesting. The Governor will only write letters of support for grant applications for funding out of State. The Governor's staff will ask a qualified analyst from the appropriate state agency to review your request. Once the agency has signed off, the letter to the address you have provided.

If more than one organization is applying for the grant, the Governor is obligated to write a letter on behalf of all.
