What you need for Request lab discovery
The Case Management Unit processes discovery requests for all units, except the Office of Alcohol Testing.
Requests must be received from a District Attorney's Office or in the form of an approved court order.
Each request should include:
- Laboratory case number
- Materials you are requesting
- Contact information (mailing address and phone number) of the requestor
Freedom of Information Act requests should be forwarded to the laboratory legal team.
