- Each contract issued to your nonprofit organization
- Every full or partial quarter during the grant period, even if no funds have been spent

| Oct 1 - Dec 31 | Jan 15 |
| Jan 1 - Mar 30 | April 15 |
| April 1 - June 30 | July 15 |
