What you need for Submit State-Share quarterly reports
As a State-Share grantee, you're required to submit quarterly financial and progress reports for:
- Each Interdepartmental Service Agreements (ISA) issued to your agency or organization
- Every full or partial quarter during the grant period, even if no funds have been spent
Reporting Period | Reporting Due Date |
---|---|
July 1 - Sept 30 | Oct 15 |
Oct 1 - Dec 31 | Jan 15 |
Jan 1 - Mar 30 | April 15 |
April 1 - June 30 | July 15 |
You need to provide the following information each quarter:
