Contact DUA as a claimant

For assistance in unemployment matters,  you may call the TeleClaim Center at (617) 626-6800.  This line is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Refer to the menu option below for details.

Information you will need

In order to receive assistance, you will need to have your Social Security Number (SSN) or Claimant ID readily available.

For assistance in unemployment matters, you may call the Employer Customer Service Line at (617) 626-5075. This line is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Refer to the menu options below for details.

Information you will need

In order to receive assistance, you will need to have your Employer Account Number (EAN) available. If you are calling to discuss the details of your employer account, you must be an authorized user. To become an authorized user, please complete the UI Online User Profile Designation Form.
