Design and Construction Law Considerations

This class provides public employees, contractors and others involved in the design and construction of public buildings and public works with a more in-depth review of timely topics and addresses topics not covered in the core Design and Construction Contracting class. The class also provides practical information on implementing best practices.

Note: Do not register for this class if you are planning to register for the blended Design and Construction Contracting class.
