The Division of Occupational Licensure is moving to One Federal Street, Boston. Our first day of operations there will be March 24, 2025.  We will close our office on March 21st, 2025 at 4pm and re-open on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 9:00am.

We ask that you be patient with us while we get all our systems up and running during our first week. As much as possible, please minimize walk ins and calls.  If you need assistance during that first week, you should still reach out, and we will help you in as timely a fashion as possible.

What will be the official address for the Division of Occupational Licensure?

Please use this address to mail any documents you may need to send to the Division.  

Is there parking at the new address and is there a fee?

Yes, there is parking available for a fee. The fee will vary depending on the length of your visit. 

Will walk-in Welcome Center hours remain the same?

Our Welcome Center hours will remain the same. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. 

Are there directions available?

For directions to our new location, please use the Google Maps feature

Will the DOL contact information change?

All contact details, including phone, fax, email, and board information, will stay the same. Only our office address is changing.

Will I need an ID to access the Welcome Center in the new building?

Yes, a valid ID is required to access our Welcome Center. Check-in is available in the One Federal Street lobby.
