While our staff is here to help you, unlike most courts, our records are confidential. We will answer any general inquires to the best of our abilities but, if you have questions about a pending matter, please be prepared to show identification.
In addition, many records, including almost all records in Care & Protection matters, can only be released to parties by order of the court. Your attorney may access most of these records and will know which documents they may share with you.
If you are seeking to file a Child Requiring Assistance Petition, a Harassment Petition, a Section 35 Petition, or other action over which the Juvenile Court has jurisdiction, we can provide you with the necessary paperwork and assist you in filing the case. Short of offering legal advice, we are here to assist in any way we can.
Beginning November 5th, 2020, the Middlesex Juvenile Court Virtual Counter will operate from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Magistrate Hearings may also be scheduled during those hours. If a Clerk is unavailable because of Hearings, or for any other reason, you will be notified upon entering the Virtual Counter Waiting Room.
