RMD annual registration renewal forms

The RMD certificate of registration expires one year after the date of issuance and must be renewed on an annual basis.

An RMD must submit a completed renewal application and fee to the Commission no later than 60 calendar days prior to the expiration date.
  
RMDs should also update all information that is submitted on its initial application for a certificate of registration as needed to ensure accuracy.
  
All signatures within the application forms must be wet signatures. Electronic signatures will not be accepted.
  
After the applicant submits its registration renewal application materials and registration fee, the Commission will conduct a renewal review.

Architectural Review

The Architectural Review takes place during the Inspections Phase, after an RMD has received a Provisional Certificate of Registration (PCR) from the Cannabis Control Commission.

Policy on Contamination Notification Requirement

This circular letter reminds RMDs of the regulatory prohibition of any pesticide in connection with the cultivation of medical marijuana products by RMDs, unless explicitly approved by the Commission. To date, the Commission has not approved the use of any pesticide.
