Take action on your SNAP case

The DTA Connect mobile application and website are the fastest way to take action on your case. If you have a pending SNAP application, Interim Report, or Recertification, DTA needs you to complete the process as soon as possible. The fastest way to find out if you need to take action to keep your SNAP benefits is to check the DTA Connect mobile app or go to www.DTAConnect.com.

If you are using the DTA Connect website, www.DTAConnect.com:

  1. Log in.
  2. After you log-in, go to Documents.
  3. Click the tab that says DTA Notices. That will display the notices and forms we sent you recently.
  4. If you see an Interim Report Form, or Recertification Form, Verification Notice, or Appointment Letter between December and today, we may need something from you.
    • If we need an Interim Report or Recertification Form, you can print it from this view, fill it out, and send it to us.
       
    • If we need verifications, read the list of what is missing and send it to us.
       
    • If you received an Appointment Letter, that means we need to talk to you. Don’t wait! Call us at (877) 382-2363 as soon as possible. We will have an interview when you call.
  5. If you already sent something, click My Documents to review the documents DTA has received and the status of the document. If it is any status other than Reviewed & Entered, call us at (877) 382-2363.
  6. If you have not sent us anything, we need you to send the missing documents to us as soon as possible.
  7. The fastest way to get us information is by taking a picture or scanning a document and uploading by clicking “Send a Document to DTA.

 

If you are using the DTA Connect mobile application:

  1. Log in.
  2. After you log in, check your Alerts. This will let you know if we need something from you.
  3. If you see an Interim Report Form, or Recertification Form, Verification Notice, or Appointment Letter between December and today, we may need something from you. Click the alert for more information.
     
    • If we need an Interim Report or Recertification Form, you can print it from this view, fill it out, and send it to us.
       
    • If we need verifications, read the list of what is missing and send it to us.
       
    • If you received an Appointment Letter, that means we need to talk to you. Don’t wait! Call us at 877-382-2363 as soon as possible. We will have an interview when you call.
       
  4. If you already sent something, sort the Case Activity by Documents to review the documents DTA has received and the status of the document. If it is any status other than Reviewed & Entered, call us at (877) 382-2363.
  5. If we need something but you have not sent us anything, we need you to send the missing documents to us as soon as possible.
  6. The fastest way to get us information is to click Upload. That will give you instructions to take a picture of your documents and send them to us.
