Former Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia’s chief of staff pleaded guilty to charges of extortion, bribery and making false statements. Genoveva Andrade, 49, of Somerset, admitted to conspiring with Correia to extort $150,000 in cash from a marijuana vendor as well as other benefits from a second businessman.
