Housing Court Introduces eFiling Pilot to Southeast Housing Court

On April 1st, Southeast Housing Court will launch an eFiling pilot.

Overview

The eFiling pilot will take place at all Southeast Housing Court locations and will include:

Small claims cases
Summary process cases
Supplementary process cases

eFiling is already in place at the Eastern, Central, Western, Northeast, and Metro South divisions of the Housing Court. To learn more about cases that can be eFiled, please visit eFiling in the Trial Court.
