MCAD Public Hearings

A Public Hearing is a formal proceeding where witnesses testify under oath before an MCAD Commissioner or their designee. The Hearing Commissioner or designee serves as the judge and reviews testimony and documents submitted at the hearing.

MCAD hearings are open to the public and the schedule can be found via the link below. MCAD Decisions on Public Hearings include both single Hearing Commissioner, Hearing Officer Decisions, and Decisions by the Full Commission via authority granted in MGL c 151B.
