The Massachusetts Office on Disability (MOD) recognizes that architectural and programmatic barriers to facilities and services exist throughout many municipal buildings in Massachusetts. MOD wants to work with communities to realize their ADA Title ll obligations and engage in an interactive process so that municipalities can better understand and achieve increased access and opportunities for persons with disabilities.
