Due to the current state of emergency, please be advised of changes to daily operations at the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR).
We have modified our available onsite staff to adhere to the Governor Baker’s request that we work remotely to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This impacts some of our services like our Consumer Hotline which is currently closed. Consumer questions may be submitted via email by going to: www.mass.gov/forms/contact-ocabr-by-e-mail.
As of Monday, March 30th, all window service will be suspended for the duration of the Commonwealth’s state of emergency.
